After completing university, I joined software compliance leader's Accordo and held the position of Licensing Analyst. Soon after I was given opportunity to join the inaugural GovTech Talent Gaduate Programme initiated by the The Department of Internal Affairs
to aid in the digital transformation of the government. So I moved down to windy Wellington to take on this challenge. I spend eight months on secondment from The Department of Internal Affairs to Stats NZ, currently I am on my second at Ministry for Primary Industries.
Apart from having a great passion for everything science related, I find joy in the simple things, I prefer being outdoors and my love for nature grows with every passing adventure.
The development term that best describes me: "Fork", why? I like to take my settled old self and explore and experience new things, without the fear of failing, to find out what I can do and experience another small piece of the world. This is why my website logo is a Fork. Examples of my life forks: I often skipped the hustle and bustle of my suburb life and explored hiking trails that reveal the more serene parts of Auckland, now I greater Wellington region to explore. My adventures have sparked a interest in photography, and after experimenting I have created my amateur photo blog on Instagram . Sporting wise, I've tried many sports out there and recently I have been learning to play squash and my goal for the year is to get better at it.
My two major aspirations are traveling the world and progressing into a manager in my 30s
